Shipping costs by country/region

Is it possible to change the cost of shipping depending on the what country the order is being shipped to. Currently it looks like you can only put a figure in for International shipping. We ship to the UK and Overseas and we are currently trying to work through how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated or others experiences with handling shipping.
