Shipping costs are not reduced (based on sum in cart)

    Hi there,
    I have created a new method. In Austria there should be two options:
    <50 EUR = 11,90 EUR shipping costs
    >50 eUR = 8,90 EUR shipping costs.

    But if i articles in cart for more than 50 EUR, there is shown still 11,90 € as shipping costs.

    Could you please tell me what is wrong?
