    Hello Ewout,
I have an issue currently and I do not know why it is occuring. When I generate the PDF in the WP backend, the PDF looks fine.

When I generate it the second time on a later stage, the shipping costs are missing. The line is completly not occuring on the invoice. However the positions are there and the total sum is correct, but the shipping costs are missing…

    Do you have an Idea?

    Hi Torben,
That is certainly a strange issue… Can you check the order backend to see if the shipping costs are actually still listed there? If it is, can you temporarily turn off German Market to see if that solves the problem?

Let me know what you find!

I deactivated GermanMarket – no change. I now identified that the Shipping Costs in WC are set to 0 after the first invoice has been printed. Thats why it is missing when I print it the second time. Hm, any idea?

    Hello Torben,
    That’s quite strange.

One thing is for sure: the PDF invoice plugin does not change any data in the order, it is only reading it. I have no explanation for this, other than a plugin conflict.

Are you generating the PDF with the buttons (icons) in the woocommerce order list, or are you doing this from the (single) edit order page? If you do this from the edit order page, can you check if the shipping costs are also set to 0 if you use the button from the order list?
