Hi, I have set up an e-commerce with free shipping for an amount of 49 euro. So far so good. However, some products already have free shipping on them, even if they cost less than €49. The problem arises when a customer puts a product in the shopping cart with free shipping and another with paid shipping, but the sum of the two does not add up to EUR 49. The customer then has the shipping costs charged in the cart. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you very much!

I understand you’d like to offer Free Shipping when any free shipping item is in the cart. If that’s the case, you’ll need to use a conditional shipping plugin as there is no built-in option to do that. Plugins like below let you set rules to show and hide shipping methods based on the shipping class:
