    Hello,

    A very simple question: is it normal that gift cards do not follow the shipping rules, when a customer wants to buy a gift card in order to offer it to someone ?

    Gift cards are not “normal” products, or there is a particular configuration to set up ?

    Thank you very much for all explanations about how the shipping costs work with gift cards.

    Thanks for showing your interest in our plugin. If you want that gift card coupon to apply on the shipping cost also we have this feature in our pro plugin.

    Thanks for your answer.
    Yes, I understood that lite version does not apply coupon on total amount.
    I just wanted the shipping costs to be activated when selling a gift card.

    But it’s ok, I found a workaround to apply this.
