Shipping Cost Setup in Woocommerce

Hi, I am looking for some help in how I setup shipping costs for my site. I currently I have 2 zones setup as the following:
Local Deliveries – ￡5 charge (within certain postcodes)
Nationwide Deliveries – ￡15 charge
now I would like to add a 3rd option for collection but this can be based on any area so I am not sure how I set this up. Currently the shipping is calculated on the basket page based on the address that is typed rather than the customer being given an option of selecting.
What’s the best way for me to do this, so that I still have the Local and Nationwide Delivery options but they also have the choice of Collection?
Would really appreciate some advice on how I should be setting this up.

Nationwide Deliveries – ￡15 chargeThis means there are 2 shipping zones, you can add Local pickup to each of them.
