  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

There are basically two options to add shipping costs (or free shipping) to your products as described in the blog post you mention.

When you opt for the shipping-label option then you are basically just adding a label to a product that matches with a label you configured in your Google Merchant center. So in this case there will be no shipping costs in the feed (just the label), the costs you determine in your merchant center.

    Hope this makes sense?

    Thanks for quick reply.

creating label means creating a custom field in the product?

Yes that is correct, you can create a separate attribute or custom field for that and fill it with any (string) value. That value/label you add to the feed by the field mapping you created so Google will pick-it up and search for the shipping costs you created in their merchant center for that label.

Thanks, i was able to work it out.

for some reason the custom field i created in post didnt worked , so i created one from the attribute submenu under Woocommerce menu and it was displayed fine in the feed.

it seem to be working now.

Thanks for your help, the plugin is great one.

Perfect, good to hear you got it to work.
