Shipping Cost Not Showing up in Email

I would like to buy the premium version of this plugin but I need the total shipping cost to be sent to the customers after an order is made, currently this doesn’t happen.

Hello, are you sure this is connected to this plugin. If you use another shipping method, like flat rate, does it make any difference?

I just tried another shipping method and it also didn’t work, so I guess it’s not the plugin. Any reasons why it wouldn’t be working?

Do you have any other plugins that you belive might effect this? Try do deactivate and see.

okay thanks after deactivating some plugins, I found the one that was causing the problem, hopefully I can get the developer to fix this issue.
