Shipping Cost Not Added on Mobile Device

Hello,

I add product to cart to test on desktop and it adds the shipping cost fine.
I do the same on mobile (android) and it doesn’t add shipping. Total price comes up to be just the total price of the product, no shipping included?

Anyone know how to fix this or is this a bug?
Please help ASAP as we are launching this product tomorrow.
