Shipping cost is not changed when add two different products

    Hello
    i have setup shipping method 0-7oz shipping is $5, 7-19oz shipping is $9 which is perfectly working for single product in cart whenever i am trying to buy more product sipping is not working and shipping method is working only on firstly added product
