Shipping cost is not calculated

After checking your site, I can see that you are selling in Egypt only. This means customers from other countries shouldn’t be able to buy anything from your website.

I have so many zones that I deleted them all and started working from scratch. As you can see in the screenshot, every zone is calculated by 3800. Additionally, I have two different shipping options in Alexandria, one of which is only visible on the checkout page. Shipping to Cairo and Giza is also free and is determined by 3800egp.
