Shipping cost is not adding to total

    A site that I manage has suddenly stopped adding shipping cost to the order total. It lets you choose the shipping method and the price shows, but the total does not change nor is the customer charged. This worked fine until a few days ago. The site is thegirlbanker.com/shop

    Hi @cheesylabs,

    After checking your website, I couldn’t replicate the issue. I found everything workings fine on my end.

    However, if you still have this issue, from my experience, this could be resolved by clearing your site and browser’s cache and cookies.

    Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
