    Hi @elisirdargan,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand the issue you’re facing with your shipping costs not calculating correctly.

After reviewing the screenshots you’ve provided, it appears that your Spedizione Standard shipping class is set up correctly, thus making it rather challenging to troubleshoot the issue.

Before the issue started, do you remember making any changes in your site, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

Could you try deleting the Spedizione Standard and re-add it again to see if this makes any difference?

No, im 100% sure that i did not make any changes.

I tried to change the cost of the spedizione stantard and it changes to what i have set.
I also try deleting the Spediozione Standard and effectively, there’s no cost of spedition, but when i re-add again and it re-appears the proble, like nothing has changed

i ve tried to re-make from zero the class.

it worked like it was right for 2 minutes, but then it comesback the error.

    Hi @elisirdargan

It’s unusual that the issue persists even after you’ve tried recreating the shipping class from scratch.

One possibility could be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. To isolate this, could you please carry out a conflict test?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

But, if thats how it always worked, i didn’t touch nothing.

I do not think it a problem of plugin or theme

    Hi @elisirdargan,

I do not think it a problem of plugin or theme

I understand you did not make any changes in your store.

Sometimes, even if no changes have been made, issues can arise due to automatic updates or server issues. So, it’s a good practice to rule out any possible conflicts from the theme and/or plugins. You can run a conflict test on a staging site, without having to affect your live store. Here are the steps to creating a staging site.

Let us know how it goes.
