Shipping cost based on quantity?

According to the video there is an extension that creates shipping rules based on weight and quantity – but it doesn’t say what that extension is. (minute 1:35)
I need to charge shipping depending on the amount of jars ordered. 1-6 jars we charge $14 s/h, but 7-12 jars we charge $18 s/h and so on.
What extension do I need for that, please?
