Hi!
Thank you for your answer.
What i meant with the first question was if there is a way to not allow customers to add products from different locations to cart. I know its a difficult one but maybe there is a way.
You said there should be a “checkbox which will restrict the script not to consider the other store/locations stock while a customer is placing the order” and i think this is what we need, but i havent been able to find it or make it work, could you provide a screenshot of where it should be?
Regarding the second question i think we overcomplicated the issue. Currently we have various options for shipping, inluding delivery to the address and picking the item up from different stores.
What we need is for the clients to be able to buy products from a single location and not mix locations in the cart. After that we need the sistem to identify the location that the client chose and only show shipping options for that location.
If the client mixes locations in the cart he should only be able to have the items delivered to his address, charging twice for shipping and maybe with different prices because the items are in different locations and not have the option to pick it up from either store.
What is happening now, is that the client can choose a location in the shop, add the item to the cart and then in the checkout form can pick another location for the pick up from the shipping options, which would make no sense and force the shop to send items between locations, to allow this to work.
I hope this clarifies the issue.
Thank you.
