• Hello all… My website sells products through 2 Print on demand resources. Gooten + Printify. It has been working until last weekend. I have 4 items that now have ZERO shipping charged to the customer when purchased…but Gooten charged us on the back end. In fact on the Gooten back end it LOOKS like the customer was charged but they were not. I confirmed the charge in PayPal. In testing my site this also happens on placemats, napkins and (through Printify) scarfs. I had to take these items down so I don’t incur more free shipping onto my credit card… so the item I left up for an example at the link is a TEST product.
    I have followed the Zendesk instruction to remove the shipping class and republish the product, but this had no effect either. You kind responses are greatly appreciated!
