Shipping Charges in UK depending on Post Code/Area

I have a newly created website for selling goods online with home delivery anywhere in the UK. I need to specify delivery charges for different areas based on post code or a specific area – Delivery charges varies due to the size of the products.
At present I only have the option of Free Delivery and Flat Rate Shipping. Can anyone please advise how can I customise the delivery charges so that the customer can select the appropriate delivery charges prior to finalising the checkout?
I have WordPress version 3.5.2 and Jigoshop version 1.7.3 installed.
