We purchased the PRO version but it is VERY stressful to set up. My original settings didn’t work so I started all over. The Product doesn’t come up on the search field when I try to create a rule to apply to a Product in the cart (so I can setup the Quantity rules).
Cart Contains Product = “No results found” every time I try to search.
So I created a new category with just that one item, then tried using the Category instead:
Shipping Method Rules = “Cart contains category’s product”
and then tried to apply shipping charges like this:
Advanced Shipping Price Rules: COST ON CATEGORY
1 to 3 items from ABC category = $8.70
4 – 10 items from ABC category = $!5.05
11 to 18 items from ABC category = $21.10
I have the actual Flat Rate Shipping Charge at $0 (so it doesn’t confuse the advanced rules).
I added 1 item to the cart. It says the shipping is $17.40. It should only be $8.70
Then I changed it to have 4 in the cart – now the shipping charge is $30.10. It should only be $15.05
Shipping Charges are getting DOUBLED
I looked through your documentation a bunch of times, there’s no information there on how to set up anything…. it’s too vague and doesn’t help.
HELP?
