Shipping charge is not generated on invoice

  • I am using MarketPress Lite and I am having problem with the shipping charges.
    I set shipping charge to flate rate and did all the required steps. However, the system doesn’t generate the shipping charges on the invoices. I have gone over all the procedures over and over again and nothing works. What is the problem?

    Could you please share me the screenshot of your shipping settings and the generated invoice so that i can troubleshoot the issue?

    For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, https://imgur.com/ or other image service. ??
