Shipping calculator not working for Australia, New Zealand or Singapore (Zone 2)

    Hi, trying to replicate Royal Mails World Zone 2 and have done all the settings but when using the calculator for Australia, New Zealand or Singapore it doesn’t work.

    I’ve tried the following sample addresses and get the following problems.

    AUSTRALIA, Western Australia, 6009
    “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    SINGAPORE
    “Please use the shipping calculator to see available shipping methods.”

    NEW ZEALAND, Aukland, 1245
    “Please use the shipping calculator to see available shipping methods.”

    These are all genuine addresses so I have no idea!!

    Take a look at this forum’s topics. There were a few similar problems. Eventually, neither of them related to this plugin.

    Also, what means “Zone 2” ?
