Shipping Calculator input not showing up

  • Hi, thanks for this awesome plugin.

    I noted that the shipping calculator form isn’t showing up, only the label.
    Do you know how can I fix it?

    The shipping free will not be calculated in the cart panel. It will be calculated at checkout only.
