SHipping calculated incorrectly for one order only

    Hello
    We have had just one order calculate incorrectly – its really bizarre. We went through every other order since the miscalculation and they are OK. We have checked and rechecked the shipping zones, the table of rates , the products’ weights and the tax classes. All look fine.

    I have read other threads and cannot see that this has happened before. All of our plugins and wordpress are up to date.

    Any ideas? I hate a mystery and we are concerned it will happen again.

    Hi Soosie,

    Without looking looking at your installation, it is unfortunately very difficult to investigate the issue.

    I recommend that you create a test order containing exactly the same items and shipping details to see if the issue is repeated.

    If the issue persists please feel free to post screenshots of your settings and I would be happy to have a look.
