shipping by weight not showing

I am using theme Sixteen and have downloaded the plugin for shipping by weight and it is all set up but it does not work in anyway, says there is no shipping method for your country. I have it set to post to the uk and the address i entered was uk and at correct weight but nothing i do shows the shipping being avalible.
