Just cannot get site to actually work as its supposed to…
Shipping functions are a nightmare…
ZONEWISE shipping – seems to do nothing at all. Following guidelines on wedevs setup, I enter the select postcode areas I want to ship to, save it all etc…
Doesnt make a difference in cart. Can put any address in and no matter what postcode I use, shipping is still offered.
Surely, zonewise based on postcodes is supposed to limit to just those postcodes… it doesnt.2 – FREE SHIPPING!
I’ve disabled all shipping options, setup FREE to have a min value of £15.
add £10 product to cart – free shipping… no mention of having to spend a min £15 to get free shipping….The number of times I’ve had to contact support for issues with shipping setup, only answer I seem to get is a link to the wedevs setup guide which I have followed.
Its massively complicated… have to setup options as admin in backend first, then vendors get a choice of old or new shipping setups, both seem to have conflicting info in them… then they have to click to ‘enable shipping’ just to get the option to have per product shipping enabled, which even when enabled – in cart as a customer all other shipping options are still available alongside the per product one!!!
It just doesnt make sense.
Im really hoping I’ve not wasted countless hours and hundreds of pounds setting up for a business using Dokan that doesnt actually seem to work.Considering other options sadly as this is an ongoing nightmare…
