Shipping basic table information missing

Can you please provide us a screenshot of the error that you are getting. We do not have any key for table rate basic plugin.

Once you share with us the screenshot, it will help us to help you.

A license key for shippingpro could not be found. Maybe you forgot to enter a license key when setting up shippingpro, or the key was deactivated in your account. You can reactivate license key at your plugin settings page.

I have exactly the same problem, I saw the same message and now all the delivery rules are gone !!
I tried to restore the last backup of the database but nothing … nothing …

I have now raised a ticket as requested – sorry for my delay in response, my computer died as a result of the dog and a mug of coffee and I have had to replace.
Is there any chance of me retrieving my shipping tables as it took a considerable while to build them or am I going to have to rebuild from scratch?

Are you using the latest version of the basic plugin(2.0.2)?
In the latest version we have fixed this problem.

We request you to download and install this version and let us know if the issue is resolved. If the rules don’t come up, then we sincerely apologise because in that case you may have to redo them.
