Shipping and Billing Not Sent to Authorize.net CIM

I have a strange issue. I have one customer who is a repeat customer. He always has a different shipping address than his billing address. WP-eCommerce records his address ok but it doesn’t get sent to Authorize.net Even if he doesn’t save his profile it should send it. Is there any testing I can do? I never noticed this as an issue until this customer used a different shipping address.
