    We are a seasonal businesses and this month just got back to taking orders again so I can’t say if some update to WP, Woo or some other plugin caused this. All I know is that it is happening now and that is when abandoned orders happen and we click on the “Checkout link” to pay for the order the order is getting a random name and shipping address inserted into the order. Its easy enough to uncheck the shipping address and proceed but clearly something is wrong with the plugin. This is NOT happening with woo orders or gift card orders, both of which use the shipping address section. I have disabled and reenabled the plugin but that did not help. I have NOT tried to delete and reinstall the plugin. wanted to contact you first.

    Hello @africalion,

    This looks like a plugin conflict, can you please share your website URL and a screen recording of the issue with us? And please disable all other plugins except WooCommerce, SMTP plugin, and Cart abandonment plugin and see if the issue is resolved, next, enable plugins one by one to know which plugin is causing the issue.

    If you have any concerns about debugging, You can create a staging site and do the debugging there.

    OK I cloned the site; disabled all the plugins and theme (used 2020), except yours and woocommerce. Same issue. Then did the same on my live site–same problem. Disabled and deleted your plugin (both sites), making sure to select the option to “delete plugin data when removed”. Reinstalled and same issue. have tried CartBounty (paid) and FunnelKit (free) and don’t have this same problem. Still prefer your plugin but not with these issues. Would buy the pro version but don’t want to get the same suggestion to disable all plugins to test if I do that.

    Have you checked for a plugin conflict? My reply from 5 days ago CLEARLY says I have disabled plugins, not only on our live site but also on the cloned site/staging site so the answer, as already provided, is YES we have disabled plugins, all plugins except woocommerce and yours. As already stated we even tried a different theme. We use Kadence.

    Are you trying with test emails -or- live abandoned carts? We have been using this plugin on out live site for 3 years, no problems. This issues just started in November when our new ordering season started. When it ended in June 2022 it was not doing this.

    Sorry for the late reply, I was unable to login to forum due to some technical issues.

    I have visited your checkout page but it seems you are not using our plugin, I can not find the plugin information on the checkout page.

    Please let me know if I am mistaken.

    Of course its no longer there. After a month of waiting for help I had to remove it because it was causing so many problems.
