Shipping Address Tab Not Showing

    So I’m using Woocommerce UPS Shipping and also free shipping set up with Shipping Zones. The big issue I’m having is that the “Shipping Address” fields are NOT showing on checkout page when using Free Shipping. Any items using UPS Shipping fees, the “Shipping Address” fields are showing. Disabled all plguins and even tried with WP default theme. Still not showing. Here is example: https://www.madeinusascales.com/product/431a-aluminum-scoop/ after putting this item in checkout no “Shipping Address” option.

    Woocommerce is using latest version and WP.
    Woocommerece UPS Plugin is using older version. 2.0.12
