Shipping address option not available.

  • Hi there, i am using free kadence theme but there is no option available for shipping address. Only billing address is visible on checkout page. Please guide.

  • Hey, thanks for reaching out!

    The shipping is configured within WooCommerce. In order for shipping options to be available, you need to setup shipping zones in WooCommerce> Settings> Shipping, and then hit the “Add Shipping Zone” button.

    Configure your shipping zone or zones, save the settings, and then you’ll see the option to “Ship to a Different Address” in your checkout page.
