Shipping Address – Not Showing on Template?

    Hi there:

    I just did a test where I manually added an order to include a different Shipping address vs. the Billing Address: https://prnt.sc/qzmv2h

    But on the actual email notification, only the Billing Address is shown: https://prnt.sc/qzmv64

    Is there a way to also show the Shipping address for the customer to see? That’s important. Thanks.

  • Hey,
    The shipping address shows when the products ordered have to be shipped. Meaning they are not virtual products.

    So unless you are adding code or overriding templates that core way of outputting shipping doesn’t change with our plugin.

    I suggest going through the checkout process on the front end of your site so you know you’re creating a good test.

    I just did a quick test by manually adding an order on the backend. So you’re saying I would need to do an actual order and checkout on the front end for the shipping info to show? Guess I’ll have to wait for a live order then.

    A good way you can test is to create a coupon for 100% off then run through the whole front end.

    I hear ya. I would still need to input a Test Key from STRIPE. Rather do that on a test order before a live one.
