Shipping Address Not Showing on Checkout Page

    Hello

    Once the order is received, the final checkout page is showing billing address but not showing shipping address. It is showing as “NA”

    Hey there,

    I just tested this using the Storefront theme – the shipping address doesn’t show up at all as it wasn’t filled in at checkout:

    It sounds like your theme has chosen to place “n/a” there – to remove it, you’d want to customize the theme’s template for the order confirmation page.

    Hi. I am filling out the shipping address as well. I am using hueman theme, can I get some idea where to find this info ?

    Hey there,

    When you check the WooCommerce > Orders screen for that order, are both the shipping and billing addresses filled in?

    Hi. No, even there it is not showing. However I am filling them during checkout.

    Okay, if you’re filling in both addresses at checkout, but they aren’t showing up on the order confirmation page or the order details in wp-admin, then the addresses aren’t being saved correctly.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hello,

    I got the same problem. On order-received page the shipping address not showing.

    I just switch to storefront theme and switch off all the plugin but same result.

    What can I do to show the shipping adres ?
