Shipping Address not printing

    When we choose the drop-down option for PDF Invoice and click apply to generate PDFs it does not show the shipping address. This is what I have tried, in the order I tried them: First, I disabled and then re-enabled the plugin–same thing. Second, I have chose the “Display shipping address” as “always” and as “only when different” and in both instances it still does not show. Third, on the general tab I have selected legacy mode and still does not show. Please help. Please note that the packing slip does show both the addresses, so shipping shows there. Thank you.

    Hi @africalion,

    Are you by any chance using the Professional extension of the plugin?
    There is an option from this extension that I think could be the guilty party.
    If yes, you’d have to email us at support@wpovernight.com as we cannot provide support for paid extensions here.

    Does this happen to every order?

    No that the professional version but we did go to the latest version of WordPress and Woo Commerce and I am pretty sure that is when it stopped working. Yes it happens to every single order. I tried “Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce” and it prints both addresses but I like your plugin more as I have been using it without any issues until now.

    This morning it is working–did you sent a plugin update? If not then maybe the issue was the cache plugin, regardless the issue seems resolved–thanks for your time.
