    I’ve been using this plugin for several years without issue. Last month, I turned on the Express Checkout option, but when users use that, the resulting order in WooCommerce includes the Billing Address, but no shipping address. I can “assume” that they are the same, but it’s only a matter of time before that proves incorrect.

    How do we capture the shipping address when a user uses express checkout?

    Express checkout is basically checkout using Apple/Google Payment options. Now, I have 2 addresses saved at chrome://settings/addresses and one payment card saved at chrome://settings/payments But as you can see it allows for selecting shipping address like this https://d.pr/i/5Qjy7Q

    In the backend, we see 2 address one for billing and one for Shipping like this https://d.pr/i/yzCXd8

    If you are using Apple Pay, You choose a billing and shipping like this: https://d.pr/i/TzE8Gd

    So the key here is to select the address and have it ready during the express checkout. If this behavior persists then please feel to raise a ticket with the support from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ so we can deep dive this for you.

    I’m seeing a similar issue in a similar time period, except that while I do see the address I don’t see the second line of the address. My site generally has 30-40 orders per day and usually one or two of them each day are missing the apartment number. It took me a lot of digging to finally realize that what they all had in common was that they paid with Stripe — those who paid via Paypal don’t seem to have the issue, and it’s not all paid with Stripe. Thus I’m not 100% sure it’s the express checkout, but I just turned it off because it’s becoming a significant time suck with needing to request clarification on addresses all the time.
