• I have the ‘Ship to a different address’ form opened in checkout page, and everything is fine except the data entered in ‘Ship to a different address’ form is completely Ignored and ‘Billing’ address is duplicated to ‘Shipping’ address no matter what. It will display this way on the confirmation page, email notifications and in admin orders in backend so if someone in my store is using a different shipping address there is no way for me to see it.

    Hi @jyo2019wp

If you are sure that you do not have the shipping setting forced to the customer’s billing address at WooCommerce>Settings>Shipping>Shipping Options

Then it sounds like the issue is being caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
