    Hello,

I integrated the Amazon Pay Plugin – everything works fine, I’ve got only one problem:

The Shipping Address Checkbox is not showing at my checkout page – anyone got an idea how to solve this?

What it should look like: here
    On my website: here

Thank you in advance I’m using Divi Theme and WPML for translation.

    Best regards Marian

    Hey Marian,

    Hope you are doing well!

First you need to check if your Shipping settings are setted up https://<site>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping. Also if you added a Virtual product to your cart the shipping address is not going to show on the checkout, so you need to check if your selected product has the “Virtual” checkbox selected.

If still having the issue you can always contact the oficial Amazon Pay Support

Let me know if that helps,

    Best,
    Christian

    Hi Christian,

thank you very much for your fast reply! I have only virtual products to sell (files to download) – so that answers my question. I only got confused that it was not showing.

There is a kind of tricky thing with the EU reglementation of digital product VAT:

So in the EU there is this reglementation that the VAT of digital products has to be paid in the country (with the tax rate of this country) of the customer who is downloading it there. So in the seldom case of a customer has 2 adresses in different countries, it would be more correct if he is able to choose the adress where he/she is downloading it.

So is there any possibility of turing the shipping adress choosing box on for digital products?

Thank you very much, best regards
    Marian

Since we haven’t heard back from the OP in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
