    Hi there,
We have had a problem with our checkout page.

We sell to all countries but only ship to Australia. An order came through from the Netherlands with a Netherlands shipping address. I originally thought there was a bug in allowable shipping countries, but when I wrote to the customer, it seems that he did put in an Australian shipping address, except that it didn’t come through, either on the emails or in the Woocommerce orders in the backend.

Now, when I am doing testing, I am finding that if I ship to a different address it does come through, but that the ‘ship to a different address’ is selected by default and I can’t turn this off.

I am worried that customers maybe writing in different shipping addresses but we are not getting notification of this.

    Could you please help?

    Thanks!
    Sarah
