    Hi,

Thanks for reaching us. If you are creating a feed for google merchant, please, use Shipping(Google format) as the shipping value and generate the feed.

    Thank you,

    hi,

the difference with your example is that in France transport costs are progressive (https://weightbasedshipping.com/) according to weight and destination.
not like you “flat shopping” and I think Google thinks like you: but we can’t change our French transport rules to please Google! ,
    so the results are different.
initially I only had one destination, called France, but it included both the “colonies” (Guadeloupe etc) and every country in Europe

to follow your example I made two “destinations”: France (containing “colonies”) and Europe containing each European country
but I think that’s one of the problems
from the start I have configured Google (google format)

    suite
and with google format it shows the highest transport costs, whatever the product, for example for 1 (one) bone bead you get transport costs of at least 18 euros: it’s totally stupid!
(Google is the most widely used search engine in France, I don’t have this kind of problem with the other feeds Printerest, Facebook and Instagram, not to mention all the other problems Google creates when it’s fed up with seeing a site like mine (which has been around for over 10 years, but which it’s fed up with seeing because it doesn’t make much money).

    Hi,

We are sorry to say, we couldn’t relate the issue with the feed created with our plugin. Our plugin is designed to get shipping values from WooCommerce. So, whatever the feed is getting it must be getting from WooCommerce’s shipping settings.

So, if you need something to change is in your WooCommerce shipping settings. Create different shipping setting for different zone/country or state and get all the shipping zone values to the feed.

Here you can find the option to get shipping costs for all the countries you have setup up shipping for.

    Thank you,

You can take a look at my feed https://www.artisanathai.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/google/xml/12102023google-2.xml

there’s only FR with the weight and category of the parcel and it’s fine like that

in the Woo configuration I’ve grouped everything together, on my site I get: Zone corresponding to the customer “France, OM1, OM2, Europe”.

and of course I’ve configured the details for La Poste in Google Merchant with each weight and price, and it’s OK with Google

and also: I’ve configured the “unisex” feed to be fixed for all…

and I’ve also put in the number of products, because Google asks me for “unit pricing measure”! as most of my products are one-offs, except for the pearls for example, they are handmade, chosen by me only by artisans
