    After setting a flat shipping rate for tangible items, how do I disable it for my digital items that are downloaded only? Customers are getting charged for shipping.

    Hi @tasha34,

    If I understand correctly, the downloadable products are also charged for shipping on your site — is that right?

    If the product is marked as “Downloadable” then the shipping will still be calculated for such products. If you do not want to charge shipping for the downloadable items then mark the products as “Virtual” as well as “Downloadable”: https://d.pr/i/3li0ti

    This will remove the shipping tab since “Virtual” products do not need to be shipped.
