    I’m brand new to woocommerce and I’ve been doing a bunch of research but I still feel lost.

    I’m going to be selling stickers and they’ll be mailed in regular greeting card envelopes. I don’t think I need to charge shipping within the US, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to ship them overseas. Do I need to charge tax? Will I have to use a different package? Etc.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You’ll need to set up Shipping Zones for those locales you intend to ship to. You can learn about Shipping Zones here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/. Once you’ve setup your Shipping Zones, you’ll add a shipping method to those Zones. Depending on which shipping provider you intend to use(USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) you’ll add the appropriate shipping method to the zone. This could be a flat rate shipping method or a shipping method that returns live shipping rates to your customers. For live shipping rates, you’ll need a plugin.     This depends on your own tax requirements. I would recommend consulting a tax attorney to be sure.
