    First of all, I apologize for the delay in response.

    Thank you for providing the screenshot.

    Can you please let us know whether the line of text “shipped:Array” is displaying in the WooCommerce Order also OR it is just displaying in the delivery note? The reason behind asking this is, we show the information in the invoice or the delivery note which is present in the WooCommerce Order.

    Have you done any custom code for your site related to our plugin? If yes, then please let us know.

    It would be great if you can share the steps to replicate this issue so that we will try to replicate this issue at our end and will get back to you with an update of the same.

    Thank you for your reply.

    The line of text “shipped:Array” is not displaying on Woocommerce Order that is why we’re having a hard time finding where it came from see screenshot: https://prntscr.com/k9t6si

    It appears on both invoice and delivery note on every orders. We tried to view the delivery note of those orders that is not yet completed, and processing, the shipped:Array is not appearing.

    No, we did not add any custom codes on the plugin and on the Woocommerce files, do you think this might be a plugin conflict? We can give you login details on our staging site to check. Let us know if you need it and we’ll send it separately. Thank you!

    Can you please create a ticket at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’ with the URL and the admin access of your site? So that we can check the issue on your site and see what is causing the problem.

    We have released an update 4.4.7 of our WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note plugin
    in which we have included the fix for the issue you have mentioned in this forum. So can you please update to the latest version of our plugin and see if the same issue persists or not?
