Shipment tracking does not work

Hello.
I have installed the plugin and everything seems to work fine except for order tracking.I have the plugin checked to allow tracking with custom numbers, however if I try to track it it tells me that the page was not found, but if I try with the original ID assigned by Woocommerce it works.
Is there any way to fix this? It is very annoying for my clients.
