    Hi @woovani,

    We checked this in our environment and we didn’t replicate this issue. I think you need to check the CSV file. CSV file was created by Excel and it added formatting to it so it’s better to created the CSV file in Google SpreadSheet or open office.

    Thanks,

    @zorem

    I am also experiencing the same problem. Definitely nothing to do with the CSV file as I have even tested with your own sample CSV.

    Hi, I just tried to replicate this issue, I downloaded the sample file, opened it with Google docs, changed it and downloaded it as Comma Separated values CSV file and I did the upload and it works fine.
    Please make sure your file is correct, clear your browser cache and try again, if it still does not work, try to downgrade the plugin to the version where it worked and see if this solves the issue.
    Let me know.
    Thanks

    @zorem

    I have done the steps as you mentioned, also tried on different computer. I have also tried downgrading and still the same issue.

    Ok if you downgraded and it’s not working, this means that the file has formatting issues. Did you use google sheets to open the sample file, edit it and download it again? make sure that you Do Not open or save it with Excel since excel adds formating to CSV files.
    Make sure to refresh your browser cache before you go to upload and if it still does not work, it might be a conflict with other plugin or that some plugins or WP/WC are not updated and you will have to work with a developer since I can’t replicate this issue.

    Thanks

    Dear @zorem first of all my compliments, Shipment Tracking is magnificent!

    I had the same problem, I did as you said and everything worked!

    I created the csv with my program, I simply copied it and pasted it into google docs, then I downloaded the file created in google docs and uploaded it to Shipment Tracking. Everything worked.

    Thank you!

    Hi @woovani
    I recommend to use google docs and download the file as CSV, avoid excel since it’s adding characters to the CSV file.
    2. you are using “DHL” as your shipping provider, you should use the exact name as it appears in the shipping provider list in the AST shipping providers tab.
    Thanks.
