How do I setup the Shipping Options at the Checkout Page?

How do I setup an option at the checkout that will ask my buyers if they want to purchase my product with installation or just the product? If they select installation as well, then there will be extra charges for that.

You will need an extension like https://woocommerce.com/products/cart-add-ons/ in addition to WooCommerce core.
