Shipment History Issue

Hi,
I have a shipment with few status added.
I tried to delete one of the status and update the shipment, all my previous status are gone, just return a empty list to me.
Or I just click “Update” without choosing any status, this issue happened again.
Inside database the meta_value of wpcargo_shipments_update is null.
