shipment address from paypal not woroking

    Hello,

    when this addon is enabled, ist not possible to get the shippment address from paypal while doing the checkout. when disabling the plugin and changing nothing else its working again. so it is definetely a problem with the plugin.

    any plans /ideas for fixes here?

    it’s the standard PayPal plugin that’s installed with woocommerce:

    We are currently fixing another issue related to the same plugin which might also fix this issue.

    1. Could you confirm whether you are using PayPal from the Express Checkout buttons section or from the Payment Methods section?

    2. If possible, could you make a screen recording video with the issue you are experiencing?

    Hi @tidle,

    I’m tested the integration with the plugin Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce and everything seems to working fine.

    As mentioned in my previous message, we fixed another compatibility issue with the integration with that plugin, which could be related to the issue you are experiencing.

    Please update to the latest version (2.3.2) and check if it solves the issue for you. Otherwise please respond to these 2 questions:

    1. Could you confirm whether you are using PayPal from the Express Checkout buttons section or from the Payment Methods section?

    2. If possible, could you make a screen recording video with the issue you are experiencing?
