One difference that I noticed is that the numbers on your site are not English Numbers.
They are written in the Persian Language, specifically the Postal Code field.

This feature is not part of the core WordPress or WooCommerce.
Could you tell me what is changing the numbers?

Were you able to reach out to their support team as previously requested by my colleague? As the plugin is a third-party plugin, I recommend reaching out and explaining that you already uninstalled it, but it is still making changes to your store.

First, there is a problem in choosing the provinces. On the settlement page, when I select other countries (except Iran), it gives an error in the provinces section and it gives an error for the provinces (this section must be filled).

The checkout on your site is modified so to troubleshoot this effectively, I suggest you disable all the plugins, remove the custom code, and switch the theme to Storefront.

If you cannot do these steps on the live site, I recommend creating a staging site.
You may use the WP Staging plugin to create one.

After that share the URL of the staging site with me.
I will perform some diagnostic tests and find out what is causing the problem.
