    Hello good time
I am in Iran and I want to send packages to all countries of the world. I enable shipping to all countries from the WooCommerce > configuration section, but I have a problem on the invoice page. In this way, if I select any country, only the cities of Iran are displayed and the city of the selected country is not shown.
How should I solve this problem?

  • Hey, @mohsen2677!

Thanks for sharing the browser console errors.

They seem to be more related to connection issues, not impacting the problem we are trying to solve.

Can you please share the Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Can you also please set up a staging site, with all plugins but Woo deactivated and a default theme such as Storefront on, so we can run some tests?

Please also activate Cash On Delivery as a payment method in the Staging site so we can test it ??

You can ask your host if they offer this service, or you can use?WP Staging?for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello mohsen2677,

    Thank you for your reply.

To confirm, we are trying to find out what is causing these errors and resolve the issue.
    Is my understanding correct?

For better understanding could share your Staging site’s System Status Report?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Best regards.

    Hi there,

Thanks for you patience so far and for helping so much in the troubleshooting process. Just to be sure we’re looking at the same thing, I want to double-check our understanding of the problem. To recap: You’re saying that when selecting any country, the input field for “City” isn’t shown on the checkout page – right?

Assuming my understanding is correct: The cause here is likely because of one of the following plugins:

    Hope it helps!

No, it is not like that.
If I choose a country other than Iran and choose one of the provinces of that country and want to go to the next stage, it gives an error. And it says that I did not choose the province, while I did choose the province, but the system does not accept it. This is despite the fact that there is no mistake in choosing the country of Iran and its provinces.

    error in province

    (@mohsen2677)

    See in the picture.
The country of America and the province of Alaska are selected, but it still says to select the province.
Now if the country is Iran and we select one of the provinces of Iran, it will not give an error.
The error is for all countries except Iran.

Also, I disabled the two plugins you mentioned, but it didn’t work.
Please check faster. I have been involved in this issue for a long time and it is still not resolved.

    Hello mohsen2677,

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked your website again and encountered the error you have described.
Ohio state is selected with the United States as the country but I still get an error asking for the State name.

I tried to replicate this error on my test site but could not get the same error.
This suggests a plugin or code is conflicting with the default WooCommerce functionality.

One thing I noticed is that the Country field is in the Persian language but the State field is in English.
Even the numbers are converted to the Persian language.

You have installed ??????? ????? plugin that modifies the default WooCommerce features.
This plugin may be causing the issue.
So I recommend reaching out to their support for better insights.

Another way to troubleshoot would be to perform the conflict test.
I suggest you keep this as a last option because this involves disabling all the plugins and switching to a default theme.

Let me know about your thoughts. ??

    Best regards.

I completely disabled the WooCommerce Farsi plugin, but it still didn’t work.
Can you please find where the problem is?
