“Ship with Shiprocket” option does not work

Hi there!

Here’s a bug with the feature Ship with Shiprocket option (Order Management)

There are two dropdowns that a shop manager can select the option of Ship with ShipRocket from within the WooCommerce order management dashboard. One above the orders listing and a second, below. At this time, only the top dropdown works, but the dropdown underneath the list of orders does not.
