Ship to a different address issue

    This was also happening on 4.1/2.x as well:

    If I (at the checkout) choose to ship to different shipping address, with the checkout manager enabled it doesn’t correctly change the shipping method options when filling out the subsequent fields, so if you select a new country and fill in the address details the delivery costs section does not update (there are no errors in the console nor any network requests sent to get the new details asynchronously either). If I disable the checkout manager its all fine. It also works okay if I do NOT select ship to a different address (ie ship to the billing address).
