Ship to a Different Address

Hello,

I have a question about delivery address.

I would like to have the window closed and open after clicking. I use the Germanzied plugin and after the update (3.9.1) the window is always shown open, although I have set the billing address as the default.
(With the Elessi theme, the billing address and payment page are on the same page.)

The code doesn’t help either. Do you have any idea?
